Echo Foxtrot: a celebration of creativity & Connection.

Welcome to Echo Foxtrot, a new creative pursuit offering hand-made prints and books as well as arts workshops.

ABOUT

Originally from the Gulf Coast, I’ve found home and grounded inspiration in water and the natural world woven from where land meets water. Earlier this year, I was affected by the USAID executive order, and my career of six years was suddenly disrupted. I’ve found inspiration in the community where I currently live, South Baltimore, and have returned to creative practices as a means of sensemaking and finding community after many years of international travel for work.

Through printmaking, bookmaking, natural dyeing, writing, and leading workshops for adults and children alike over the past few months, I’ve found a community of artists, students, and educators who celebrate connection and opportunities to make art that reflects our lives and our natural world. In returning to creative pursuits and community, I’ve found hope in meditative connection, repurposing, and sustainably using the gifts that our world shares with us.

Offerings

Printmaking & Commissions

I offer original block prints designed, drawn and inked by hand in my South Baltimore studio. The method is often referred to as relief printing, and I carve designs into linoleum before carefully pressing them onto paper, tea towels, totebags, aprons, and more! If you have a custom design you'd like developed, reach out about a commission.

Polymer Clay Magnets

I hand design and create magnets from polymer clay. I'm currently offering hot dogs and lemon sticks. If you have a custom design you'd like developed, reach out about a commission!

Bookmaking & Paper Ecoprinting

Having studied bookmaking in London, I create a variety of hand-made journals. I prioritize use of sustainable materials and often eco-print papers to serve as the cover pages.

Art Classes and Workshops

Partnering with Arteasy, I offer monthly arts workshops in the above mediums. Every day, I'm learning more and hope to increase the skills I can share with the community!
